I called this law firm to ask about my situation, and even though they ultimately weren’t able to take my case, I was extremely impressed with the level of customer service I received. I spoke with Anabel and she took the time to listen carefully and treated my concerns with genuine empathy and respect. She didn’t rush me off the phone and instead guided me in the right direction by explaining my potential options and what steps I could possibly take. It’s clear that this office truly cares about people, not just the cases they accept. Their professionalism, kindness, and willingness to help even when they couldn’t represent me really shows.
