I’m a little late on posting this but I wanted to leave a positive review for this law firm. I had a case against me with a ex girlfriend resulting of a domestic battery charge. I had used another attorney for my case before but he kept dragging my case out and it was approaching a year old when I found this law firm. When I found Mitchell and his firm I was already shopping around to find a new attorney for my case, the firm was skeptical of taking a old case at first but they decided to take it anyway and they informed me that my previous attorney had withdrew himself without any notice to me. Within 4 court dates Mitchell’s associate Matthew Hickey was able to settle my case without needing to go to trial however he was willing to go to trial if needed , he always emailed me and called me when he needed something or when I needed something he always got back to me in a reasonable time. He was able to assist me in putting a mitigation packet together in order to get me into the deferred prosecution program. I originally applied once and was denied but Matt was able to help me get into it with a 2nd application The prices are a flat rate , $2950 for the first two court dates and $1475 for every court date after. They also are flexible with payment options too as long as you communicate your financial situation. I’m currently in my third week of the program and within one year my charge will be dropped so that I may continue my nursing career. If anyone is looking for a good law firm , I highly recommend Mitchell and Matt! They have been very straightforward, they’re very knowledgeable, and they will do everything they can to help fight your case!
