Mitzi Johnson-Theodoro was very professional and explained everything clearly, which really helped ease my nerves. Her firm is quick to respond to any concerns, and I always felt supported throughout the process. She helped me out of a lot of trouble, and I’m truly grateful for her work. I would absolutely call her firm again if I ever need legal help.

Mitzi was an amazing attorney to have. She and her staff handled every aspect of my case, professionally and courteously. During the months that the case was drawn out, she never hesitated to answer my many phone calls and emails. Mitzi’s staff was just as professional and knowledgeable on any aspect of the case that I had questions about. Mrs Theodoro and her office personnel are very professional and very informative. I always know every detail of what is going on with my case. Mrs Theodoro has handled my case with care and concern. She is extremely knowledgeable and very detailed with her cases. I have never felt like I was being brushed aside or hurried to make any decisions. I rest easily knowing she is handling my case.

I cannot say enough positive things about Mitizi Johnson Theodore as a mediator. While the final mediation agreement was not exactly what I had hoped for, she once again succeeded in resolving a case involving an extremely difficult opposing party—something that truly speaks to her skill and experience.
Mitizi is strategic, composed, and highly effective under pressure. She understands when to push, when to listen, and how to keep negotiations moving forward even in the most challenging circumstances. While I did have to give on some points, her guidance helped me avoid a costly and emotionally draining trial. In the end, mediation was far preferable to spending $10,000 and facing what would have been my worst day in court.
I sincerely hope I never have to go through mediation again—but if you find yourself needing one, I strongly recommend using her. She is exceptional at what she does, and her ability to reach resolution where others cannot is impressive.
