This was one of the worst experiences I've had with any professional service. Communication was consistently poor, calls and emails went unanswered, and I was left wondering if anything was actually being done on my case. I would not recommend this firm to anyone looking for reliable legal representation. I will be amazed if my case is ever resolved as long as they represent me. Quick to take your money and guaranteed to underperform.

I hired Jackie Mock to handle a probate matter and initially felt confident that my case would be properly managed. Unfortunately, after the initial paperwork was filed, communication essentially stopped. Over the course of approximately two and a half years, I repeatedly attempted to contact Jackie Mock through emails, text messages, and phone calls, but received little to no response. On multiple occasions, appointments were scheduled through her office only to be canceled before the meeting could take place. As a client, I felt completely ignored and left without any meaningful updates regarding my case. After years of frustration, I finally persuaded her to file a motion with the court to withdraw from representing me and to return my file. This only occurred after I filed a police report to document my efforts and concerns regarding the lack of communication and representation. In my opinion, the level of professionalism, communication, and client service I received was unacceptable. The experience caused significant stress, wasted valuable time, and left me feeling abandoned during an important legal matter. Because of my experience, I am in the process of filing an ethics complaint with the Arkansas Supreme Court Committee on Professional Conduct.

I have a friend using their services, no updates. Almost impossible to reach the actual attorney and not her husband. But they will be sure to receive payment. Do yourself a favor and avoid this law firm.

Follow up email sent 12/01/2025 with no reply. Those are not the only emails that have gone without reply. The office is fast to say they will help but do not have good communication with their clients.

Horrible experience Jackie and her husband run the office her husband was completely unprofessional and after paying nearly $6,000 for a divorce that she did little to no work on. I had to fire her and hire a new attorney. Got none of that money back it was Horrible if you want professionals this is not the place

I called and talked to a paralegal about my case. I informed him that I had other counsel, but was not happy with them. He requested that I set up an appointment. I inquired if they could talk to me while I was represented by another attorney and he said no problem. Then I take off a day to go see them and was informed that they could not talk to me while I was represented by somebody else. I think they could’ve called me up Before that, explain that they couldn’t talk to me. It appears to me that they are an unprofessional firm and they wasted half of a day of my time.

I appreciate Jackie Mock with Mock Legal going above and beyond on a great win for our household! She was able to get better than expected results in the case. She offers a flat fee with payment options which really helped us out in the beginning. Thank you Jackie and staff. 10/10 recommend!

They were quick to agree to take my case and deposit $ to retain Jackie and promised to get back with me in a week,knowing I had 2 months. I called and emailed every week and was told I would hear something within a week. 5 weeks later absolutely nothing had been done so I had no choice but to retain a new lawyer. Requested a refund unfortunately it’s non refundable. Hopefully this isn’t something that happens a lot but wanted to share my experience.
