Before I moved out of my daughter's father's house, I began reaching out to attorneys to understand what the child custody process might look like. Given the circumstances, I knew I would likely need legal support to ensure my daughter and I were safe once I made that move. Every call I made to potential attorneys left me feeling scared, nervous, and alone—until I spoke with Sina.

Mohajer- Nightmare
Sina Mohajer-Jasbi missed critical filing deadlines, costing me thirty thousand dollars to cover my own insurance. No communication, dragged it out, zero follow-up. Avoid at all costs.

Piti, divorce is usually not resolved overnight. When you retained our office, we filed the initial divorce papers on your behalf and immediately began settlement discussions in hopes to reduce your attorney fees with our office. Unfortunately, the two of you could not reach an agreement. Instead, she acted against the ATROs which we spent a significant amount of time to get you access to accounts she blocked you from. Additionally, we prepared and filed a Request for Order to get you access to those accounst along with other requests. After which, your case was in the discovery process where we had many responses to prepare on your behalf. So to say nothing was done is a misstatement of what actually occurred. I can understand your frustration as divorce is never easy to go through. Handling divorce cases for the past 13 years, it has provided me with the insight to have empathy for my clients and understand if they become impatient or short fused. It is unfortunate you feel "nothing was done" as we all diligently worked on your case. Because at Mohajer Law Firm, you're never "just a client". You become part of this family. Mohajer Law Firm has been outstanding in handling my case. I filed for divorce in 2021 and tried to handle everything myself, thinking it would be a straightforward process, with my ex getting everything—house, money, spousal support, child support—and I walked away with most of the debt. This was our original agreement. The ex left the marriage with over $200,000 in cash and valuables, I left with over $200,000 in debt.
I thought everything was final until I was blindsided by my ex and her newly hired attorney, who weren’t satisfied and decided they wanted even more. I didn’t have a lawyer at the time and they were trying to railroad me. That’s when I reached out to Mohajer Law Firm—and it was the best decision I could’ve made.
They took on my case and after years of fighting, we won. Mohajer and his team moved quickly and managed to have the original MSA thrown out. Everything restarted, but this time I had evidence, and with the help of Lorenzo and Sina, we were able to prove I was actually owed over $78,000 from my ex.
Lorenzo helped me track down and understand all the necessary documents. He answered every question promptly and professionally. Sina was just as responsive and was always prepared when we had to go to court.
What we all thought was a simple divorce turned into a nightmare, but the Mohajer team stood by me the entire time—keeping me informed, explaining court schedules, and helping me stay on top of everything. They did an excellent job, and I highly recommend them.

Mr. Mohajer is a consummate professional. I've worked with him on multiple cases where he represented a parent and I represented the minor children. He is a strong advocate for his clients and also one of the nicest attorneys to work with. He is articulate, knowledgeable, and effective in and out of the courtroom.

He completely lied, and did not do what we agreed on. Instead of rectifying the situation, he told me that I misunderstood. Why would I need his help to collect information I already had and shared with him in during our consultation call? I definitely would think twice before entrusting him and giving him your money.

Again you continue to twist the information to benefit you and your team. In reality, you collected information that I already had. So, you are correct, that is not what I hired you for. However, that is the “work” you did. I would say a negotiation is a far stretch, because you listened to the same information I received from the same office and reiterated it back to me. Telling me the current state and federal laws, is not considered a negotiation.
Paying for a “job” (calling an office to get the same info that anyone else has access to) that I had already done on my own, is money lost; I don’t care how little that amount is in your eyes.
