I do not recommend it to anyone. They took $40,000 from my insurance and I only received $4,000. They kept the rest. They are scammers.

We understand that handling insurance claims after a storm can be frustrating, and we appreciate the opportunity to clarify the facts of your case.<br><br>Your insurance claim resulted in a gross recovery of approximately $40,000, which included attorney's fees and legal costs as per Florida law. The payment you received was $10,000, based on the insurer's assessment that Hurricane Ian did not produce winds strong enough in South Florida to warrant the complete replacement of your roof. The remaining funds were used for attorney's fees and costs as permitted by law.<br><br>Of the $10,000 you received, you chose to pay mitigation companies and a public adjuster, which reduced your net recovery to approximately $4,000. Moises|Gross did not withhold any portion of your funds beyond what is legally and contractually authorized.<br><br>We are committed to representing our clients within the bounds of the law and the facts of each case.
