At the beginning, everything seemed nice and professional, which made us feel confident about hiring Moises Morales Law after me and my brother were in an accident. But as time went on, the communication became horrible. Most of the time we had to reach out first just to get updates, and there were long periods where we heard nothing from them at all. Then when we finally contacted them again asking about the status of the case, they sent over a release form basically saying they could no longer represent us. A lot of promises were made in the beginning that were never kept. Now we’re stuck in the process of looking for a new attorney after wasting all this time. Thanks for nothing !
