I had a great experience with Monge and Associates. Dekitra Walker was very helpful and worked fast to settle my case. She was able to get me a settlement within two months! Anytime I thought I was getting bad news, she called and gave me good news. I recommend Monge and Associates to anyone, and ask for Dekitra Walker! She deserves a raise!

I had such a bad time when I was with my previous attorney, but when I switched over to Monge & associates I was skeptical. Joshua Williams was my attorney and he made sure I understood the process of everything that was going on, he made sure I was up to date on everything he did and needed, and also got me the highest offer. I couldn’t have asked for a better person as my injury attorney. Hopefully I don’t come back but if I ever were to Joshua would be my attorney again.

I believe this attorney has more cases than they are able to work effectively. All of my documents were provided to the attorney in January and the attorney assured that everything would be wrapped up in roughly 30 days. We are now about 6 months in and the original amount they submitted to the insurance company is down to 10% of that amount. Most of their 5 star Google reviews are requested just days into the process (before anything has been done on your case). Their introductory customer service is great. However, my review is based on attorney performance and outcome. It is definitely worth reading the negative reviews on this company and it also says a lot about a company that doesn't attempt to rectify complaints. I would go as far as to speculate that most of the positive reviews here are fake. None of them are specific to their actual case and most just mention how friendly a representative was.

Worst law group ever. If you choose this law firm get ready for a ride first they treat you like a number and not an injured person I was hit by an eighteen wheeler and suffered serious injuries and developed severe anxiety and they did not care all it was, was a payday for them they cleared more than what I was awarded worst law group please call someone else.
