Luke is an EXCELLENT attorney! He was so patient, kind, and went above and beyond for me! He did not treat me like a client. He treated me like FAMILY and even checked on me when I was very sick in the hospital! After I hired Luke I had no worries and slept well because I was in a very capable and knowledgeable attorney's hands. If you need representation do NOT hesitate to contact and hire Luke. He spoke with my mortgage company, insurance company, and setup for experts to access damage on my property! I truly love and appreciate him and you will too!

I was represented by Luke Montgomery of the Montgomery Law Firm for a third party injury case. I never received updates or any information regarding my case after signing papers for him to be my attorney. Could never get ahold of him or get any legal help at all. Do not recommend them as it was a complete joke to know if they ever even worked the case at all. Sent an extensive email demanding a response if he was still on my case and a deadline and he never responded. He is off my case now and again I would never recommend this company as how they treated me. They then reached out from this review and claimed to have sent a letter to me in May that was never received and I called, texted, and sent emails multiple times with no response ever. This law firm does not keep you informed at all and I responded to their email when they reached out to me and they act like they have not received an email back and that’s because they never check or reach out. Hopefully they won’t treat other clients like this.

In May 2025, our firm sent a letter to Collin Stone thoroughly informing him we would not be moving forward with his case/claim and the reasons why. This was many months before this review was left on our page. Our firm's letter was timely. Unfortunately, we cannot help some people based on the facts and circumstance of their case/claim. As you can see from our firm's other reviews, we try our best. After receiving this review, he was emailed the letter again, and we requested that he remove this untrue review. We have not received a response, and he changes this review instead. Now, we have responded. We sincerely wish Collin the best with his case/claim. However, we respectfully disagree with this untrue review and also wish Collin wouldn't leave one star reviews on the Google My Business page of our firm (after receiving our firm’s letter) and other businesses as he has in the past. Merry Christmas Collin and best of luck.
