I highly recommend Montoya Law. Ruben and his team helped me during a very difficult time. I was in an unexpected situation that physically and emotionally affected me. My friend’s sister recommended me Montoya Law and I am thankful that I proceeded with them. Ruben fought for me and exceeded my expectations. He is very passionate about his work, something that is difficult to come across. Thank you for the trust.

Giving 2 stars because a ER medical bill i had from my work injury was never paid even though Montoya Law said they would send it over to the adjuster and get it taken care of. NOW I'm in collections. My case was resolved but this bill came way before my case settled & I made sure they had the er bill before settling. Disappointed.

We have taken care of it. We called the billing and notified them it was a workers comp claim. We will continue to work on this issue until all is resolved as we do with all our clients. Rest assure we will solve it.
