I waited a few months for the attorney to return my calls or follow up with me on the status of my case. Only to eventually get an email (and then a letter) saying they weren't (after our initial meeting, a trip to the location of my injury [which required surgery] and subsequent calls) going to take my case because they weren't sure they could win. I'm very disappointed to have waited so long for a brush off.
