I can’t recommend this firm enough. From the very beginning they were professional, responsive, and genuinely cared about getting the best outcome for me. One of the biggest reasons I chose them was their 25% fee structure, which is significantly lower than many other firms that charge around 45%.
Because of that difference alone, I was able to keep about $35,000 more from my settlement than I would have if I had gone with another firm. That kind of transparency and fairness is rare, and it made a huge impact.
Beyond the savings, James’ team kept me informed every step of the way, answered my questions quickly, and handled everything with confidence and expertise. I truly felt like they had my best interests in mind.

Mr. James Laura came through for my family when we were being railroaded by our insurance company after experiencing a HUGE amount of water damage to our home! He listened, and assured me that everything was going to be okay! Mr. Laura and his team went to work immediately and got the job done!
