I've actually needed the services of Morey & Upton twice now, and each time I've had the gift of working with Misty, the case manager. It's a harrowing experience to be rear-ended, and Misty's professional yet kind approach made it all so much easier. In the first car crash, my friends, who were also in the car, used a different firm and received a much lower settlement. This last time was a relief for me to have them because the adjustor wanted to give me next to nothing. Thank you to Misty and the Morey & Upton firm for securing a just settlement for me.
I am so grateful for the Morey and Upton Team! Back in 2021 I was involved in a car accident where I was left with injuries and I had no idea what to do. My neighbor recommended me to Morey and Upton and they helped me so much. They were so kind and helpful and patient with me during the long process of it all. They helped me find doctors that helped relieve the pain from the accident and got me a sum of money to cover the bills from the accident and recovery and more. I would recommend them to anyone that has been involved in an accident. I want to say that Pamela who my case manager was just incredible and amazing. I’m so thankful to her and being flexible in the way we communicated helped me so much.

Best experience I’ve ever had with a law firm. The company as a whole is dedicated to protecting its clients. My husband was in an accident and our insurance company tried to swindle us. Without Moury and Upton taking over we would have been completely taken advantage of. I can’t thank them enough for their empathic approach, they were on call for any questions and concerns we had and held our hands through the process. They also moved everything along very quickly, we didn’t have to wait at all for a resolution. It is very rare to have this type of experience and if you want a law firm you can trust I highly recommend Moury and Upton. Thank you again!!!

In my experience: They were friendly and respectful at first, but I didn't like how they handled the case. The communication was strange; they would tell me one thing at first, and then change their minds throughout the case. I didn't feel they made any extra effort; the case was full of reprocessing and emails with endless deadlines. I was hit because the driver ran a red light. They had everything in their favor, but they still seemed more like the lawyers for the driver who hit me and the other insurance company than for me. The conversation turned hostile when I started questioning them. They charged me 33% with a check that they had previously told me they wouldn't (a check they had issued in October and had on hand). When I asked if they were going to wait until the end of the year to finish my case so they could collect the remaining 40%, they finished it in a week but charged me a fee to expedite the process. Their response was, "It's in the contract." And they're right, so take some time to read the contract and see if it's worth it. Charging so much to do the obvious.

So we initially went with them because of their reviews. They seem solid. The response from the team initially was great. And now we can’t even get them to help us get the case closed. Only once have we been able to get ahold of them in 3 months. I’m starting to think I should’ve had ChatGPT represent me instead.

Garrett was an amazing lawyer all in all! I won my lawsuit after a long five years. I did feel like in the beginning that was handed off a couple times and throughout the process in the beginning. All in all I got taken care of in the end.
This was a great experience....Desiree Telep and her team did such a wonderful job making sure everything was taken care of correctly. I highly reccomend this firm and I appreciate everything they have done for me.
I’ve met lawyers before but never like this in my lifetime. They understand and feel your pain from there own personal experience.understanding and passionate about what you are going through is very important and knowing that just makes trusting them with your life to the fullest.
