At one of the most trying times in my life, these folks were there to help me, even though it was my parents who were their clients. Highly recommend you give them a call when you need representation.
Jeffrey Carr and Lata Pitolau delivered the goods. If I had it to do over I would hire them again. In fact, I plan to keep them on retainer... just in case.
Clint and Stacey were very supportive through the whole process of having a trust done for my mother. We are now working with them on probate for my brother's estate. Would definitely recommend Morgan Hill to anyone.

I would not recommend working with Morgan Hill based on my experience. My first attorney did not respond to messages for months and was later no longer with the firm. The replacement attorney was responsive but appeared overextended. I needed independent support on a complex legal matter, but instead I found myself managing the process. After spending a significant amount of money, there was no meaningful progress or resolution. I’m disappointed in the cost, but more disappointed that the firm couldn’t deliver on what I needed. It is worth noting that there was no opposing party in my case, it was a legal matter all parties supported.
