I’m sitting here in absolute shock. 3 months ago I had a bad fall on a freshly mopped floor in an Athens nail salon. They had put those flimsy foam flip flops on me, my nails were still wet and being the one (and only) client in this small salon, rushed me to get up and step over to the pay counter a few feet away. My left leg slipped out in front of me and I wound up on my bottom. Couldn’t get up the two ladies there had to help me up. There are many more details involved. I paid, even tipped but left in pain. I called this firm a few days later and after doing an over the phone interview was told by the intake worker they were wanting to take my claim. I was advised that if I needed medical attention to seek it. I have ever since. A trip to an Orthopedist for an exam and X-rays and continuous physical therapy appts. I would get a phone call from not the attorney but her assistant about once a month to ask if I’m following up on my care. I said yes. Then nothing for a few more weeks. They continually however wouldn’t hesitate to send me emails asking me if I had “left my review” of their firm yet. I’m still baffled by that. So for nearly 12 weeks I’ve heard nothing from the actual attorney supposedly handling “my case” but her assistant and that was only 3 times in 3 months. How is one to leave an actual review when you’re completely in the dark as to what’s going on with your claim? What’s being done in regards to it? So today I get a call (again not from this attorney ) saying that they’ve decided not to move forward. No reason. They’re just dropping it. So this firm has not only tied up my claim for nearly 90 days but I am now responsible for all medical costs that might occur. So here’s my review: IF you’ve never been thru anything like a claim or case before? Please use my case filing as an example. This firm took mine then suddenly 3 months later decided to release me. It could happen to anyone. Get several opinions upfront! Do not let this one firm convince you they’re “handling” your case as this assistant named George said each time he called and allow this much time to go by thinking you are being taken care of. I believe a lot of their decision was based on the fact that I would never review them since they first took all my claim into. It would have been like guessing they’re working on it with my best interest when I had absolutely no incline they were. It’s chilling really. So they asked me to review on @ least 3 or 4 occasions thruout these nearly 3 months. You finally got it. My ATTORNEY for 3 months I never heard from: SHELLY HUFF. Her assistant that contacted me once a month to make sure I was still following up with my PT Appts? GEORGE BUTLER. Please use me as an example to never trust these large firms to handle a smaller case. Ask your family, friends or anyone you know and trust who has a similar case, who they used. There’s simply no explanation they’ll just pull from your case with a simple phone call. George even told me when I’ve asked twice now had they heard from the actual nail salon he said no. He casually, in THE most depressing sounding tone said this: Yeah I need to send them another email. He said we usually give them some many days to respond. It’s been over that. So I’ll follow up. Oh ok buddy thanks! You sure? Won’t that be too much trouble? Because if you’ve let it go this long and all why not just go back to checking your social media and all (while on rhe job) and hey no pressure to do any work on mine while all this imperative time is passing and all. UNREAL! Do not jump on this firm like I did based on the shiny reviews. They distance themselves from you while you’re left in the dark on if ANYONE is doing ANYTHING on your behalf

I have continued to send information for bio lab explosion in Conyers. I keep receiving repeated emails to send information that affected my family. I was informed once by a para legal that she didn’t receive the documents I uploaded, so I uploaded them again. Now there is another email requesting information. At first you could not reach them by phone regarding the case now issues with emailing and updates on the case. Extremely frustrating

After going through 3 different lawyers at this firm and lasted for almost 2 years, I get a call saying they dismissed me. Reason because they couldn’t prove a situation, that’s what y’all are suppose to do, I feel like they did not do a good job. I also felt like my situation wasn’t important enough for them to try harder! My car accident caused me to come out of work and file for disability due to my spine. I was given high hopes by some of the staff, had me thinking everything was good! But I am so disappointed in this firm, you all did NOT communicate with me and told me something that you swore you told me before! I promise I will NOT refer this firm to anyone! I’m the one who suffers just because of a person going the wrong way that hit me and ran! If I ever need help again, I will Never everrrrrrrr pick up the phone and call this company!

My son was hit Saturday morning by a vehicle and struck him in the crosswalk as he was traveling to work on a two-wheel motor scooter. I called Morgan and Morgan and Morgan said that was the case that they couldn't deal with couldn't handle. This was the case where a driver was excited for striking a pedestrian in the crosswalk causing serious bodily injury. My son suffered broke ribs chip tailbone punctured lung fractured face and his arm was ripped from the shoulder to the hand. However, this is the case that they couldn't deal with and I'm impressed. So for the record anybody trying to get Morgan & Morgan remember they're only in it for the money. Not for the people... My advice man is you should try somebody that is really going to do the job and not for themselves.
