EDGAR PEREZ is very rude has a attitude “whenever he picks up the phone” conversation and communication skills are awful you have to call the office they try to call him he doesn’t pick up of course and they leave a message to let him know you want to talk to him then he calls back “sometimes” and when he does call back he’s rude almost like you’re bothering him hung up on our call mid conversation when I was talking. When all I want is a update on my case

I just wanted to relay to everyone out there that Morgan and Morgan stands behind their clients. My experience with them was that they did excellent for me in my case. In this specific scenario, my case was about eight or nine years old, and my doctor had a computer malfunction and no longer had access to my records, so I needed all the documentation and doctors that I had seen.
I reached out to Morgan and Morgan and got my original associate, Amber Coffey. She was excellent. She immediately accessed my account, created a one drive, and provided all of the relevant doctor's scans that were part of my case and for my health concerns. Here's the great part: not only did she do this, which made my life completely easier, but she actually remembered my case. She even remembered where my accident happened, which I thought was completely mind-blowing since it was 8-9 years ago.
I just wanted to leave a 5-star Google review. If I could give Morgan and Morgan in Fort Myers, and especially Associate Amber Coffey, a 10-star review, I would. They saved me from having to dig through hundreds of pages to find all the relevant information that I would need to give back to my doctor who lost my information.
Thank you, Amber Coffey, and keep doing the excellent job that you are. You certainly deserve a raise. Again, I still can't believe, after almost a decade, you remembered me, my case, and what happened and where it happened. That is one heck of a skill to have, especially when Morgan and Morgan certainly has a great number of clients.
Well, thank you very much, and if ever asked, I will certainly suggest that people use Morgan and Morgan, especially in the Fort Myers office.
