I got a call from one of their representatives asking about a recent car accident we were unfortunately involved in. There was no empathy from his behalf, just quick into money talk. As soon as I told him that currently my husband and I are not really interested in going that route he was rude and quickly dismissed the call. Which gives the feel that they are just out for money money money and have no empathy towards those impacted by the accident. My husband’s job has a lot to do with his customers and has learned through the years that it’s very important to make your customers feel like they can trust you before proceeding. This was not the case and after that conversation I really would hate to hire them as our attorneys if we end up deciding to go that route. DO BETTER

Was mislead that I would have a burden off my shoulders. Never heard from my case manager even after the case being closed. Called multiple times and had to find out information about my case through the doctor’s office I was suppose to have an appointment with. I left voicemails, emails, and messages with the 1800 number to the case manager. Never will use them again. It was mentally exhausting and frustrating knowing I gave them all my current contact info and they could not reach out before hand until they wanted to close my case.

Don't waste your time. They will get your information and waste 5 months to send an email declining representation. They could of did that in December not 5 months later.

Please do not Use Morgan and Morgan for any car accident. My case was easy no court involved They did not have to argue with insurance company or fight it out in Court. The insurance company settled for what they asked. Here we are a Month and Two days Later that they have had my money and I have Received NOTHING. I signed my closing Statement and I was told that I would be able to pick up in Office. Today is April 29th and Nothing but Hey they have their Money since March. I have waited and waited. This Accident turned my life upside Down and Morgan and Morgan Claims to care about the client. Not true at all. Since they had their Money I should not have to wait this Long and For any future accident Case I will never Use a Law firm that does not care about you. I was just a Number. They said and Lied to me that it would be pushed through and they Lied to me. The case Manager Karen Tyler always calls me with something other Than Pickup check. They are slow and they charged me 40% just for a Case to settle without going to Court they charge 40%. If you were looking for a Sign here it is. My case was easy, its been over they got Paid and They have not Given me Anything that I signed For on my closing Statement. Never EVER AGAIN.!

We have a case with them and its been going on for a while now and there pretty good with fighting for you. But the problem we are having is communication it is legit like pulling teeth to get the lady to answer any phone calls to give any kind of update of any sort. Contrary to that she is a very decent person(when you can get ahold of her) we've been in the dark for almost a month.

If you call these people and get put on hold it says NO ACCIDENT TOO SMALL ETC ETC . My wife was struck by an electric shopping cart yesterday and this accident was supposedly too small for them ...... That's misrepresentation. I think they should be honest and say of your case isn't huge we can't help you ( we spunt half the night at a hospital and she's bruised up bad )

The case manager’s cristal, genesis and the lawyer, Gregory K, are absolutely negligent. I thought because they were back up by the firm name, Morgan and Morgan, they will be professionals and diligent, but I wasted 2 months in pain, and they only terminated me without me knowing Officially just because I was requesting to know how was my case and information regarding about what to do.They did not communicate in a diligent manner, sometimes more than a week, now they made up false statement and excuses full of lies to hide their misrepresentation.These people is absolutely disgusting and unprofessional, NO ethics whatsoever.
