I called about a sexual assault case that caused personal injury for months, and the lady on the phone said that no available attorneys could talk to me, but implied that I still had a case and that M & M would refer me to their partners, who were supposed to contact me within a few days. It has been nearly a month now, and I still have not received any help or any phone calls. They don't care about people at all, and this was a really serious case.

M&M are great in that they are available, timely, and help with gathering your evidence and assisting with and throughout entire process. The case developers are especially helpful, as they are on top things and contact you if and when they're needing something from you by a certain date . But I will say, being you own advocate is must, my advice, if I may, is to cont visiting your Physician and give good detail about how a symptom is affecting you , every single one ! Bc that's how you and your Dr. come to a conclusive diagnosis. ( That is what's happened to me. Just blew things off , didn't report every single symptom, decades of suffering, bc they all just brushing off many of things & of course 💊 and more 💊 All the while it was MS.! ) A lawyer is critical but if you are keeping them informed and updated on a matter , or changed in health , new diagnosis etc... but I believe it's efficient and saved time if we the client do our part and help them help YOU! Acknowledge email's, full or Sign forms . Hope this helps anyone who is not familiar with the SSA process , M&M will see to it and throughouly explain things.
