I contacted Morgan & Morgan regarding a potential case and initially had a great experience with the intake process. The representative I spoke with was friendly, professional, and told me the firm was interested in reviewing my case.
Unfortunately, after that, communication completely broke down. I was assigned attorneys, sent over my ID, answered their questions, and waited for follow-up. My messages went unanswered, and a scheduled phone appointment at 10:30 AM came and went without anyone calling me. I tried reaching out again and couldn’t get anyone on the phone.
My experience left me feeling ignored and frustrated. In my case, there was a significant gap between what was promised and the actual follow-through. If communication and responsiveness are important to you, this was not the experience I had.

My Lawyer Mark Ruddy was incompetent and lost my case. We had to have a continuance because his assistant quit and erased all my documents. My second hearing did not go much better. Mark told me not to argue and only answer questions asked directly to me. He said it was his job to argue my case as my counsel. The doctor consulting on my hearing who has never met me or examined me disputed several doctors who have examined me and diagnosed my conditions. Mark failed to dispute or contest her claims in any meaningful way. He dropped my case. I will be reporting him to the bar association for negligence and investigating secondary means of consequences.

I contacted them for a consultation, the rep just gathered all our info didnt have any answers for questions, she stated thats something I would speak with the attorney about then asled me to sign so we can be represented. I keep getting reached out to via text and I advised the person whom was texting and they said that was the consultation. How!? No thank you we have questions before agreeing ro be represented.
