At first I was happy that they took my case. But very soon, I found out that my team was not very responsive. When they did respond, they told me that the other party’s insurance told me to write a statement to them. I was confused because I have an attorney to represent me, I’m not supposed to have any direct communication with the other insurance anymore. I still wrote a statement and sent to my attorney. I felt like I was doing the work for them. Then the other insurance actually settled the case right away. And my team wanted to claim UIM, and it took 4 months for my case manager to get my previous medical records. She did NOT follow up with getting the records. And 3 months into it, I learned that my attorney left, and a new attorney was replacing her. And NOBODY notified me. For 2 weeks, nobody responded to my emails, not even the case manager notified me of the change. So now, 4 months after settlement with the other insurance, my case is still hanging, and there’s no update from the team. The client experience dept is another joke. After doing the survey and telling them multiple times what happened, they told me to contact my team for updates. LOL. What a joke! This company really needs to do something with quality control. I want to speak to the owners of this company.

Don’t birthed filling out the form online. They will just ask you all the questions again when they call you anyway. Wrongful termination and injury case that after spending some time talking to them , they determine they for some reason they cannot help you. Will not say why. Just they aren’t interested. Don’t waste your time. They didn’t seem interested for some reason. It really felt like they were only interested if you had an open and shut case. You fill out everything online, spend time speaking with them about the exact same information that you just wrote, and then they tell you they aren’t interested.
