I called this law firm to try and get help with a medical negligence claim and i explained everything to them and after a day of thinking about it I guess,I was called back and told that they weren't willing to represent me and wasn't given a reason as to why,plus I called a little bit ago and asked were the refusing to accept my case because of my being black or Trans and was flat out told by there represent I spoke to that in so many words I was asking a stupid question and I still haven't gotten a answer as to why they do not want to represent me

I was very unhappy with my work injury case with this firm. Joe and Sarah strung me along,lied to me,pressured me to settle and didn't even care about my injuries or my hospital bills or continuing care for my injuries. There was no consulting throughout the case,he didn't want to fight for my case but they sure wanted that $6,000 for their part of the settlement. They really aren't for the people.

I couldn't be more disappointed with Morgan & Morgan. Their commercials talk about standing up to powerful institutions, fighting for people, and even reference a family member who suffered paralysis. As the mother of a child who was left permanently paralyzed, I believed they would be willing to fight for my daughter, Aleya. Instead, our case was reduced to a financial calculation. Despite the life-altering injuries my daughter has endured, I was left with the impression that the obstacles and costs involved outweighed their willingness to pursue justice for her. I understand law firms have to evaluate cases based on many factors, but it is heartbreaking to hear messages about fighting for people and then feel abandoned when your child is the one who needs someone to fight for her. My daughter will live with the consequences of what happened to her for the rest of her life. I was hoping for an advocate willing to take on a difficult case and navigate the legal hurdles. Unfortunately, that was not at all my experience.

We never should have signed on with Morgan & Morgan. They aren't the least bit interested in moving our case forward. Phone calls aren't returned, when we finally got to speak to the lawyer, he didn't really know any of the facts of our case or what the plan was for handling the case. They just kept saying to keep going gor physical therapy and be patient. Meantime the at fault party is hiding social media accounts and lying about where he works and shy he was driving a work vehicle.

My late wife and I were rear-ended, TWICE! The service and communication with these people was horrible! They treated me and my wife like we were a burden. We were passed to different people handling our cases. My wife passed from cancer and they had no idea! When I was contacted by them, I told them of her passing, they dropped her case with no explanation. I was told that they had two checks for us, but they told me first that they were going to drop her fees and I would receive what they had for her. Then all of the sudden my case was switched to new people again and they dropped my wife's case. No input from me and no explanation. I am totaly disappointed with my choice to use Morgan and Morgan!

Absolutely terrible experience. They accept my case because i was hit by a drunk driver and the next morning the case manager Jacklyn Borroto immediately starts pressuring me to let her drop the case because of it being turned down by a different attorney. She calls me one more time a few weeks later to do the same thing and then nothing. She collected and entered no evidence into the client portal or updated me again. The Attorney Jeff Berglund contacted me via email one time about them looking into the case and I sent him am email with the information he would need and I never heard back from him. Randomly this morning I wake up to an email stating they're not moving forward with the case without an explanation as to why. Their slogans and marketing do not match how they really are. Do not recommend this law firm at all.

I just suffered a broken sternum and left foot, while Lauren Cropper spent 19 days in the ICU where she has a broken L3 vertebrae, artery with disconnection, transverse Colon serosal injuries x2, Small bowel full thickness injuries x2, Bucket handle injury to terminal ileum, Retroperitoneal hematoma, Lost 8 pints of Blood, so she had to have 9 blood transfusions. I called with help for SS Disability. I know they do this because they helped us when my husband applied. They told me no but couldn't give me a reason. They instead referred me to another firm in Pennsylvania. I'm sure Morgan and Morgan gets compensated for the referral but here's the kicker; when the other company from Pennsylvania contacted me the intake information they had from Morgan and Morgan was so messed up that everything had to totally be redone. The timelines and health conditions I was dealing with were all wrong or missing. So, I'm thinking the inadequacy of the intake team at Morgan and Morgan was probably the reason the paralegal declined to represent me. You see, an intake worker goes through the line of questioning while entering your information into the computer. Then, the intake worker passes it on to a paralegal who decides if they take your case or not. Secondly, I believe my small case of SS Disability wouldn't pay Morgan and Morgan enough to be bothered with me especially since there's a cap on what they can get in back pay from your case, if approved. They did good for us on my husband's case but that also involved a Work Comp suit and they stood to make more than a plain SS Disability. So, bottom line is they are for "the people" IF those people can get them enough to be worth their time.

There was minimal communication. There was 2 months over Christmas where our case worker was unavailable. We had no idea when our case when to court. Or how much it was settled for until we called multiple times to ask. Staff was extremely hard to get ahold of. Not calling back after leaving multiple messages for weeks, etc. I was told they were working on "reductions" and we would be paid after that, and when I asked how long that would take, the answer was, "until I'm done". Which i thought was rude, especially since I had never done this before, and didn't know how long that usually takes. There was a hospital bill that our insurance paid that they said want paid. I had to call the hospital myself and have them send me proof of the paid bill. Also, it's been 10 months and I still haven't seen a check from the settlement. They were paid months ago. Every time I called to get an update, it was if I had to explain all over again what they were supposed to be doing for me. My husband will be in pain the rest of his life and he will only be getting $2,200. Whenever they send it to him. Do not recommend!

Horrible service, I would stay as far away as possible from this firm. If your case only leave them small amount, they will not take it. So unless your case represent million of dollars of earning for them don’t even think going there cause they will refuse you.

I contacted Morgan & Morgan regarding a fall I took and hit my head on the pavement in a parking lot. The ambulance came and took me to the hospital where they put 4 stitches across my forehead. Those stitches ended up an indentation in my forehead. I had asked Morgan and Morgan could they take on the Hospital and they said no but they could take on the grocery store where I fell on the pavement in a handicapped spot and hit my forehead. After several months of leading me on and having me sign many documents I was informed they could do nothing. What a waste of my time and my hopes they would do what they said they would do in suing for money, even if it was $100. Then BOOM no we cannot help you. I do not recommend anyone contact these folks!

Big Does Not mean the best BE AWARE!!!! I hired Morgan and Morgan a little over a year ago. I’m on my third legal team, my third attorney. Had I known that you don’t have one attorney through the whole process I would have gone elsewhere. The first team did not do the most basic task: notify the other party of the lawsuit. Legal team #2 blamed legal team#1 and failed to notify also. Now on team #3 who informed me they still haven’t been notified. One year later I’m back at the beginning. Evidence??? Who knows a year later, it was never obtained. Please don’t make the mistake I did. Find an attorney that will be with you from day one til the end. Not the attorney shuffle that Morgan and Morgan provides.

Was matched with an Attorney name Ivette Scott She wasn't very helpful, was somewhat rude and demanding, and most definitely didn't have a "By the people or For the people personality" I gave information about my case and requested legal advice/help I was asked to submit documention of my claim I did so but apparently not fast enough It took me about a week to gather the paperwork But by then she had already refused my case despite telling her before hand it would take about a week TLDR; extremely impatient, rude and definitely not "For the people"

I called this law firm to try and get help with a medical negligence claim and i explained everything to them and after a day of thinking about it I guess,I was called back and told that they weren't willing to represent me and wasn't given a reason as to why,plus I called a little bit ago and asked were the refusing to accept my case because of my being black or Trans and was flat out told by there represent I spoke to that in so many words I was asking a stupid question and I still haven't gotten a answer as to why they do not want to represent me
My daughter and I were represented by Mr Hachstein due to being rear ended and what an amazing job he has done for us both. His assistant Diego was great as well.
