Jeffrey Berglund is the only saving grace of this whole experience, he always answers his calls, always answers emails, no matter when we needed to correspond this young man handled it. The whole experience wasn't great and we didn't agree with alot of what was going on but in the end this attorney got it done as best he could. Dealing with this type of case load when you are the biggest and best Personal Injury attorney in the United States doesn't make their job much easier. Was I happy with the entire process and the outcome? Not completely but I also understand why it went down the way it did in the long run. Bottom Line it was a win for our team just not exactly what I wanted to see but having such experience the Team at Morgan & Morgan explained it well so we could make the right decision moving forward. Support staff we dealt with didn't perform to my expecations but I am a perfectionist and except nothing less. Bottom line in ending this review. Support staff CALL BACK YOUR CUSTOMERS, if you say we will hear from you in a day then make it happen if you can't do it then you unfortunately are the problem. Perform like your attorneys if they have time from their schedule to answer as fast as they do you better make it happen as well.
