Submitted a request for assistance in a $300,000 disability discrimination case already ongoing with the EEOC. I explained that the company had already admitted to what I claimed. Not only was my request denied, I was never allowed to submit my evidence and nobody bothered to tell me my request had been rejected until I called to see what was happening a week later.
