I am giving three stars because as of December 2025 when I got hit by a car on a bike they were very attentive to my case at the beginning. We are now in May 2026 I have not received a call regarding my case nor have I received any updates regarding my case every time that I call them, there’s always a new person over my case and I’m really frustrated with the communication with Morgan Morgan. I was referred to them by family That stated they were very well at what they do which I’m not saying there is no doubt that they aren’t what I am saying is that my experience with Morgan Morgan has been a very poor experience and I would like to talk to someone regarding that experience, I feel like every time I call I get the runaround regarding my case. No, I wasn’t in a car accident, but I was hit on a bicycle by a car. I am well aware that the process takes longer than usual what I was not aware of of how the lack of communication and the lack of response for their victims that they’re representing is outrageous. I’ve made a complaint about this every time that I’ve called and to get no avail I’m hoping that someone will respond to this issue immediately and I’ll be able to speak someone regarding the case.
