How can they help anyone if they don’t answer phones or call back! And they’re Ogden office is inaccessible and shows no sign of anyone even working there! Seriously!!

I think you may have the wrong law firm. I cannot find you in our system as a client or even a potential client. As for our Ogden office, it’s staffed by six people so there’s always someone there during business hours. Theron

Have you tried leaving a message? Like our voicemails say, we generally need 24 hours to return a call. Our sytem is set up so you can go to the exact person you need. We also have several people out today.

Previously had a fair experience. Tried reaching out for another type of inquiry and have not been helped. I was told multiple times a paralegal would contact me, by the front desk. No one has reached out in over two months and I have checked back multiple times.

At the beginning of my journey they were great, but in the last 4 months it has been a joke. Having fave people robots answering and then you talk to it and they still don’t help you. Instead they text you back: how can we help you? You text them back but they don’t text you back. I’m almost done paying them off and I can’t wait to be done with them. They need a real person for the front desk or something. I believe that if you have the right customer service you will get better reviews and you will feel better about making people want to do more with your business. I’ve done Customer service and I ALWAYS do my best in all that I can do, but if I can’t I do get my supervisor or manager. It’s just what I DO
