I highly recommend Craig Murphy to anyone who has been in a car accident, especially if your family was involved. Our accident unfortunately happened on my teenage daughter’s birthday, which made the experience even more traumatic for her and our family. From the beginning, Craig treated our situation with care, patience, and professionalism.
He helped both my daughter and me find a great chiropractor who supported us throughout the entire recovery process and helped ease a lot of the pain we were dealing with. Craig was always quick to respond to our questions, took the time to explain every step of the process, and made sure we understood what was happening with our case. He was thoughtful in his approach—always listening first and providing clear guidance when we needed it.
What really stood out was how much he went above and beyond for our family. When the insurance company was giving us a hard time and delaying things like getting a rental car, Craig stepped in and made sure it was handled quickly so we didn’t have to keep dealing with the stress. That level of support made a huge difference during a difficult time.
Because of Craig, my family was able to focus on healing instead of constantly worrying about insurance problems and paperwork. He truly helped us get back on track. I’m very grateful for everything he did for us and would recommend him to anyone dealing with the aftermath of an accident.

I have a law office where we pride ourselves on delivering outstanding client service and getting exceptional results for our clients. Up until this time, we had all 5 star reviews. If we were to receive a negative review we would take it very seriously and determine what needed to be fixed so that the problem that led to the negative review did not happen again. That is not the case with this review. This person is not a client of our firm and we never rendered any legal services to him. Instead, I responded to an advertisement he ran for web services. I requested that he make changes to the firm website. He provided a price quote and told us that he only accepted Venmo for payment. As a result, I informed him that I needed to set up a business Venmo account. He performed no work on my website and provided no services. He merely responded to two texts and two emails. Although I told him that I was waiting for my Venmo account to be set up, he provided this negative review without even asking me the status or following up.<br>I was not rude to this man and I did not waste his time. However, I can state that I will not be using his services.<br>My point for stating this is that we take legitimate reviews very seriously. Our goal is to provide our clients with the very best professional services. Unfortunately, I chose the wrong vendor to ask to perform services on my website. I will be more selective in the future. I also suggest that anyone reading this review and response who needs to hire a personal injury attorney also make sure that they hire the right attorney for your case. Call me and talk to me, you will be glad that you did. You will get personal attention, and we will treat you with dignity and respect, something that seems to often be missing these days.
If you need a personal injury lawyer look no further. You would be doing yourself a disservice if you do not hire Mr Murphy. I have nothing but great things to say about Craig and his staff. We were dealing with an adjuster that would not communicate with us for nothing and Craig handled this perfectly and was able to get my case resolved as quick as it could have. I was looking for a lawyer to defend me in a lawsuit. I scrolled through google and found Murphy and Murphy Law. I called and Craig immediately answered. He was kind and thoughtful.
