The worst service I've ever received. Don't hire these people. Terrible service.

Edit: Coming onto the second case i filed and just recently got finalized. The communication was so poor between negotiations to finalizing and even everything in between all of my doctors appointments. Richard did a good job handling my case last time but this time my file was handed all around because of some people quitting I was informed by Joan, because when it landed in her lap finally she was determined to get something done.. now even though the negotiations were unsuccessful and i got less money than i was demanding Joan was fabulous. Although I honestly wont choose to use this firm again- Lord forbid something does happen. Thank you so much to Guardian Law my case was handled within a matter of months. I got a full settlement back as well as great customer service. I could not believe that this company reached out to help but when they did they really came through. Thank you Richard and the rest of my team that really came through.

I can never get anyone to answer the phone

Horrible communication skills with clients. Don't understand what tax documents they should provide their clients. I swear I hope no one uses them. I have no idea how they are still in business

Please Please dont ever use them to represent you. They don’t answer the phone and no can provide information on you case

I'm currently being represented by them and I can't even get anyone to acknowledge me. I've left unanswered messages. On August 27, 2025 I was told 30 - 45 days and 3 and a half months later nothing but crickets. Not very professional at all.

I never had an experience like this. You call you can barely get an answer. seems like I had to call the companies to help them out a little bit. And the payout process is longer than what I thought it should be. I would not recommend this law firm

It’s been almost a year since my car accident, and I still haven’t received a single update from your company. I provided every piece of information you requested — my medical records, payment documents, and treatment details — yet I’ve heard absolutely nothing regarding my settlement. I call every day, and no one ever answers or returns my calls. At this point, the level of unprofessionalism is unbelievable, and I’m starting to feel like this law firm might be a scam. There is no excuse for this kind of complete lack of communication.

Shaun Daugherty was amazing lawyer, I've had few cases with other law groups in the past, terrible response times, etc just not good, like my 25 precent don't go to them!!! Anyways I recommend guardian law group, quick response, polite, and will care about you as I've had issues outside my claim and they simply lended a hand which helped me bunches. My accident case resolved way in my favor, I'm so happy, thank you Shaun Daugherty and thanks guardian law group.

Horrible stay away all of these bad reviews are true!! I fired them on my last two case and they tried to charge me 33% still! So I've learned to go straight to the insurance and deal with them but not to low ball your self! I lost so much dealing with them 😪 not only the pain and suffering I was dealing with but I dealt with the insurance body shops and lowering my own doctors bills with in lest half the time!! And for some reason they are very hard to get in touch with. But I will say rachel , over accounting helped me more than my own lawyer! But dont waste your time because it's not worth it to them to make us satisfied and stress free. It's the complete opposite ugh! Live you learn and I learned
