When my son was denied SSI Lee handled the appeaI for us and got the decision overturned. Recently, I got a letter from Social Security that required a response within 10 of the date of the letter, but it took 7 days to get to me, and on a Friday to boot. We have been clients of Mr. Nation for a few years and twice he has gone to bat for my daughter in her disability case. Being disabled and sick is already so difficult, complicated, and scary - and dealing with trying to receive "benefits" just makes everything worse. When we were going through the original process, the whole thing was making my nervous system symptoms flare up constantly. And Mr. Nation walked beside us hand-in-hand into battle, and made my life a bit easier than it would've been otherwise. There's no way I could've fought all we did, on my own. lee nation could be a good lawyer but he is lazy at his job. i should know i went to him as a client and found out .i talked to him and met we agreed to the amount in we didnt go to court and if we did go to court. i filed for ssdi benefits in august 2021, got rejected went to him in december 2021. he said it should not take longer than 6 months. so he filed my appeal ,and then i signed so he could get copies of my records from my dr.and i sent him in mail and by email other stuffi had.including a signed letter from a multidisplumbary dr .my case denied again in june 6. 2022... i inquaired why rejected again i checked they at ssdi said there was no new infomation in the case. but there was just my lawyer didnt get it to them in time. i called and he said he was waiting fora case. but we got a review from the ssdi court person ,we got a favorable ruling. humm mabey he gotthe right info to someone right. like i said he took his time when we called him to get back. so i say he is lazy at his job. that is him in my humble view.
