Cannot recommend Mark & his team enough. Dawn was so communicative through the whole process, explaining everything in such great detail and answering any questions I had. Mark fought for our case the whole entire way and came out on top. We are so grateful for him and his team.

Highly don’t recommend this firm at all! I was left feeling that the finical outcome favored the firm more than the client. The lawyers made almost double the amount I got! I feel as though Melissa and Mark were unwilling to lower their fees or even make any type of effort to get me (the client) more money. Please do research on who you hire because if I could go back I would! Guess that’s why lawyers have such bad names. Melissa stated when offered the settlement on the amount I would receive; I received less than 1/2 of what she told me. Don’t get screwed over like I did!
Everyone at Nelson Law Firm has been extremely kind and helpful as I negotiated long-term health issues from an accident. Melissa was not only upfront about the process and fees, but also responsive to my communication and requests throughout my journey. While seeking counsel is costly, I am happy with my decision to have Melissa as a trusted partner. In the end, my health and future well-being will be easier to manage and tend to because of my partnership with Nelson. Thank you!

I had a great experience at Nelson Law Firm, my lawyer, Melissa was great, she took me through the entire process and gave me updates on my case. Nelson Law Firm was great to work with, and I highly recommend them. They guided us through a 2.5 year Construction Defect lawsuit, educating us every step of the way. We settled the suit before it went to trial, and the settlement was very satisfactory.
