This was the worst $50,000.00 I ever spent. I hired Brad based on his word and got a sex offender attorney who was a nice guy but wasnt who i hired. Brad said he could win the case and then told me to take a plea deal and then made me sign a paper stating that I was going against the advise of an attorney. I want my money back and I will take this down otherwise you reep what you sow.
Owner response
I am sorry that you feel this way, I know this office worked extremely hard on your case. When you came to this office, you were facing several very serious charges, with the most serious being "Assault 1st Degree with a Deadly Weapon" (on a police officer). You were alleged to have bludgeoned a police officer in the head, with a heavy duty metal flashlight, and the incident was caught on video. This resulted in the officer having serious injuries, to include a traumatic brain injury. You were facing approximately 172 months in prison.

As we worked on your case for over a year, we were able to negotiate a substantially reduced plea offer that required no jail time, no probation, and the ability to have it removed from your record after a period of 5 years.

You are correct you were advised that this was an extremely good offer based on what you would have risked at trial, however you declined that offer and we proceeded to trial as requested. After picking a jury, you got cold feet and begged us to try and get the same plea deal back.

At that time we renegotiated with the prosecutor, and got you almost the same deal, which most importantly still avoided jail time. I wish you the best of luck moving forward.
