BEST INJURY ATTORNEY IN TOWN I wish I could give ten stars to Mr. Nichols and his amazing staff members. Mr. Nichols took my case when other attorneys refused because I didn’t have a police report. Attorney Nichols did what we thought was the impossible. We were t-boned by someone who took a red light, while we had a green turning light. After learning that the police officers who arrived on scene afterwards had improperly (and unethically in my opinion) put both parties at fault just because they failed to do their job and investigate or interview witnesses, our first attorney (Morgan & Morgan to be exact) dropped us because it wasn't an "easy case." We were turned down by a couple others as well who only wanted easy cases. Well, who needs an attorney only for easy cases? It's the ones that are willing to fight for you even when it's not an easy fight that are the true good ones. And Attorney Nichols was the only one willing to take on that fight and after a long, stressful lawsuit, he did what other attorneys told us was impossible, he won us a settlement! We are very grateful to have had him represent us!
