After an accident I was issued 3 tickets including misdemeanor reckless driving due to admitting to the officer I was driving tired and nodded off, causing the accident. Mrs. Nierman was able to get the reckless dismissed and the other 2 tickets amended for non-court required supervision of 6 months. She charged a flat fee despite having to make multiple court appearances. Well worth it.

Received a solicitation from Nierman Law Office and countless other law firms after getting a speeding ticket in dupage county. Nierman Law was the only firm that returned my inquiring in a timely manner. It was nice to be able to speak to the person actually set to represent me. Ingrid Nierman did a brilliant job on my case (a bench trial), which thankfully was dismissed. It was a difficult case because the plaintiff made a false allegation against me and lied during his testimony, yet the judge had a clear bias against me, the defendant. Ingrid had to argue against 2 prosecutors and a biased judge and despite those disadvantages she maintained excellent composure and confidence. She had an excellent grasp of the facts of the case and was able to adjust and convincingly respond to each curveball the prosecutors attempted.
