Mike has helped our church, DuPage Unitarian Universalist Church, over the years in really detailed negotiations. In the past he helped us when we were negotiating the building of our second phase and he made sure we put in the contract that the sub-contractors would still finish the work even if the contractor pulled out. And the contractor did pull out, but our second phase still was completed. And most recently he helped us negotiate with a solar panel company to get solar panels placed on the roof of the church. He reviewed the contract, helping us find the details that might cause us difficulty in the future.
