Once you start your search for an estate planning attorney - stop here. You will find good value, excellent assistance and a total package with this firm. No need to be anxious; Alice walks you through no matter how far along you are in your estate plan. Responsive, professional, thorough. After calling a ton of attorneys, she helped. Had a straightforward conversation with the details of obstacles I’d have if I went about what I wanted, had a reasonable alternative strategy. Overall I felt heard, understood, and as though she is working towards the same goal as me. Other firms left me feeling like I was a paycheck, get in get it done collect their check and go. Here I felt comfortable and she helped ease my worry

I worked with Alice during 2020 - 2021. She was terrible; her primary objective was to use client's situation to her benefit. She never kept me posted on updates, barely replied to emails but billed promptly. Stay away from her.
Coming from someone who is absolutely clueless to the legal world and how it works, choosing Alice was one of my best decisions. I was in an impossible situation of divorce and child custody with parents living in separate states. I have a job but living out here, price of living is high and I didn't have 3-7 thousand dollars most lawyers were asking for.. but Alice was amazing and was willing to work on it with me. If you're looking for someone who will stand by you no matter how hard, or long the process will be.. Choose Alice. Choose Northwest Law.

I see a lot of positive reviews so it seems shocking I’ve had a horrible experience with northwest law group. I got ghosted for over a month and my case had many things changing and was becoming difficult. Called numerous of times, finally picked up and told me they were on vacation and just got off so would have to talk later. Then set up a meeting the next morning and blew me off. Asked why and just a load full of excuses. Extremely unprofessional and needs some help on how to run a professional business.
