Awful, unprofessional, and their website gets flagged for virus. DO NOT work with Marcel Notzon. Got on the phone to speak briefly and clarify a few things, he cursed me out, yelled, and called me an idiot. Who does that? Incredibly unprofessional just because he’s too old to understand technology or control his emotions.

Good afternoon. My name is Carmen Madrigal. Today I called the legal assistant, Carmen Zapata, at Notzon Law, and the secretary, Edna, told me that she no longer works with Notzon Law. I can't understand why such an efficient, polite, and kind person, who explains things so well, follows up on cases, and listens so patiently—no one there has ever treated me like her. She's a very hard worker whom I admire greatly for her performance and love for her job. She doesn't mind staying late, even after everyone else has left the office, until all her pending tasks are completed. There are people who don't have such a wonderful character as Carmen Zapata. And I wonder why they let her go? We should recognize the work of people like Carmen Zapata.
