Great experience! I had gone to a different lawyer first for my lemon car and they wanted to straightaway file a lawsuit and i was told that the timeframe for resolution would be 6-9 months at least.. all this while, i would have to drive the defective car. I talked with David who advised me to first send a message straight to Kia asking for a resolution. He drafted the letter which i sent to Kia and in a week they responded that they will buy back my car for full money back. David guided me through the whole process and a month and a half later l, i surrendered the car and got all the money back. Very happy with the straightforward resolution!

Super helpful. I had a nightmarish experience with the manufacturer of my new luxury EV. Vehicle was in the shop for three continuous months and they were unable to correct the problem.
