if I could give them 1 star, I would, I have had to sue them as they just never get bacck to me or try to resolve the issue I had! AVOID!

DO NOT USE THIS PRACTICE: We went to them due to suffering from elderly and financial abuse. They proceeded to lie overecharge neglect the case send multiple docusigns claiming we didn't sign which we did. When we requested a refund they all of a sudden called to ask bout the case all over again from scratch after billing almost $600 just to explain the same thing over and over. The senior attorney Daniel even mocked us and flat out lied admitted to not even reading a POA he supposedly filled out based on our needs. This photo is of charges for discussions regarding a simple demand letter. We provided everything in intake. If if see the balance 1,595 $600 went to a POA and the remainder $995 were requested refunded due to negligence and abuse. We no longer contacted with them due to every contact discussed the same thing and billed us. We did not want to accrue more charges. Initially requested all billing be sent immediately so we know what is being charged after many complaints to billing she spoke with the attorney and it took 2 days for them to come up with their charges via clio with one charge being 45 to upload a document and 120 charge for an email introduction to the legal team.

Very responsive team. Be very patient, the wheels of justice don’t move as fast as you want them to, no fault of the attorneys. So know that going into it. Did I mention a team? Yes they have a team holding your hand through your process. They listen to your bad day, griping. I won’t be having another divorce but definitely use them for other services.

DO NOT USE! Me and my wife hire them to help us with a contractor dispute, we have them a 3500.00 retainer the first email we received from associate attorney Lynne Howard had all incorrect information and they charge us $500 for it. When my wife emailed them back that the information was wrong and we wanted to end the contract and have our reminder retainer returned they billed us again. Now the new bill was showing them charging us not only the remainder of the retainer but also a balance. They retaliated and took all my money and did NOTHING! I will be calling the bar association and filling a complaint.

My friend had Cason as an Attorney and he was super understanding and professional during the case. I was a witness and his gross examining was very efficient and understanding. I highly recommend<3

This law firm, and specifically Matthew Dorich and his team, were instrumental in helping us for over a year, as my mother passed away in March of 2024, followed by my father in June. Everything from an instrument on death to transfer their house, to medical and legal powers of attorney, and probate, which just closed. They were patient and always available for answering questions. I would not have been able to navigate all this, and appreciate them and their professionalism. I do recommend them - their knowledge is extensive!

All they want is your money. Not trying to protect renters rights without a full months rent from you. Complete waste of time. Call 211 tenant hot line.

From our experience: DO NOT HIRE O’FLAHERTY!! O’Flaherty attorneys DO NOT know where they can practice law…a very basic concept. We live in Michigan; had a free consultation to discuss our legal matter. After 4.5 months & NO PROGRESS, we were informed that O’Flaherty cannot resolve our legal issue because they are not licensed in MI. Even the chat-bot knows, but not the attorneys??? They refuse to respond and have NOT returned our money. The worst attorneys in the Chicagoland area for us! DO NOT HIRE O’FLAHERTY!!
