Kevin Deneen and his team were awesome in helping me sell my home! Kevin's paralegal, Kelly, was fantastic throughout the entire process. She communicated effectively via phone and email, ensuring that everything was squared away well in advance of the closing. She was also extremely responsive, getting right back to me whenever I had a question. While I wasn't able to attend the closing because I live out of state, I never had a doubt that things were safely under control. I did have a chance to meet with Kevin in advance of the closing. Even though it was after his firm's business hours, he carefully guided me through all of the paperwork that I needed to sign and answered all of my questions.
