Arrogance and lack of communication describe Ellen Ward. I lost a large sum of money because Ellen didn't take the time needed on my case. Ellen will always have an excuse as to why she can't be held accountable. Read the other reviews. This is not a place to get good representation.

Called in for consultation, they picked up the phone and said in perfect english "Sorry, I don't speak english." and immediately hung up. Even if ,for a fact, you don't speak it... PERHAPS I speak your language....

Over several weeks I sent Kathryn Gabel repeated emails asking for an update on my case. Her responses were, “I’m working on the case” and “I should have something to you by tomorrow”. No update was ever received. She was unable to provide any work she had done over the prior 2 months. I fired her. In her response letter she offered excuses and stated that I could have called for updates. She is both extremely unprofessional and lacks integrity. Avoid a headache and hire someone else.

Although they listened to our complaint, they had a conflict of interest. They were still kind enough to try and send us to someone else who could help since they seemed sincerely appreciative of our story. The referral did not work out, but it was not their fault.
