I have used Odgers Law group for over 10 years. They have always impressed me with the attention to detail, how easy they are to work with and their in depth knowledge that they apply to business. I wouldn't be nearly as successful if I wouldn't have had their help throughout the years.

At first I had a really good experience with Matt as he helped me purchase a dental practice. But towards the end of the transaction he became very difficult to reach for me and for the sellers attorney, causing a lot of frustration. And now I can't even get ahold of him at all as he won't respond to phone calls or emails, even though we had an amicable relationship. Now I need to start the search for a new lawyer all over again

Odgers Law Group did our contract for our dental practice buy-in. He represented both the buyer and seller in our case as we didn't want an attorney to attorney tug-a-war. Mr. Odgers treated both of us with respect and was very fair in the contract. He looked out for both of our interests and paved the way to a smooth transition for us. He worked in a timely fashion at a very reasonable price. I highly recommend!
