WOW, I just got off the phone with one of the intake specialists, I explained my situation to her and she brushed it off like it wasn’t a big deal. To top it off she raised her voice at means that is when I hung up the phone and decided to call another lawyer. This law firm is nasty, rude, and inconsiderate. DO NOT BRING YOUR BUSINESS HERE Not to mention she totally downplayed what happened to me and made it seem like what happened to ME wasn’t a big deal.

Luckily for me, I had a close friend who is a nationally known lawyer in government who found this firm in Colorado for me. What a difference compared to the nightmare I had been working with previously. After sustaining numerous injuries from a reckless driver, I was completely lied to and blown off by another firm who did nothing for me. They talked a big game but were simply looking for an easy payday. When my case showed the slightest amount of complications, they gave up and said I would only get *** (insert insulting pocket change here)! Phenomenal thoroughness and commitment to making sure that I was informed of all my options at every step in the process. I specifically worked with Kendrick, and he is a great and thoughtful lawyer. If you're his boss and you're reading this, please give him money. Emma was also very kind and efficient at keeping up with all the admin. Give her money as well. I was not excited about looking for an attorney after my car accident. All I have to say is Thank God I found Amy Rogers and Steve Shapiro at Ogborn Mihm. What impressed me the most is their integrity, honesty, and straightforward approach to presenting my case. I so appreciated that approach, especially when we were preparing for my deposition. I have never been in this position before and was very intimidated; however, with Mr. Shapiro and Ms. Rogers’ guidance, there was nothing to be frightened about, as we were telling the truth. My lawyer, Amanda Hood, did an amazing job representing me with a very complicated injury of TBI (which eventually turned to post concussive syndrome) and cranial cervical instability in addition to some eye deficiencies all caused from the same car accident. It was a long road; however, because Amanda has educated herself (more than some doctors I know in my opinion) on these injuries she was not only a great advocate for me, but she was also patient, gentle and compassionate when dealing with me.
