Due to a family member's interference in my Mother-in-Law's financial affairs, we had been told by numerous individuals and agencies that she could never be Medicaid qualified when it became apparent that long term care was now necessary. A cousin and another agency suggested we call the Oldham Law Firm. After explaining our situation, Mr Oldham offered us hope in the form of his Medicaid Specialist, Erin Hodges. What a gift she is! Walked me through everything, encouraging me and holding my hand through the entire journey. And believe it or not, she did all of this from a distance. My Mother-in-Law is happily settled in long term care in Paragould, while my husband and I got everything squared away from Upstate NY. Only with the help of the Oldham Law Firm and Erin Hodges could we have accomplished this. If I could give a hundred, thousand or million stars to these warm and wonderful people, I would!

Oldham and Watlington did a great job getting everything organized for my family when it was time for my mother to enter the retirement home. Erin oversaw our situation, explained everything, and kept us informed on each step of the process.
The staff was very helpful getting things set up for my family member to transition from independent living to a nursing home and getting Medicaid approval along with setting up a trust account. Thankful for folks who know the rules and regulations
