I wish I had the same experience as the writers of positive reviews here. Ultimately the firm declined my cases against a surgeon and a SCS manufacturer, but the experience was so poor. Case managers were nearly always too busy to respond to my requests for information and updates. Had to call repeatedly and left messages that were returned weeks later, if at all. This firm was referred to me my two prominent lawyers in the area, and I believed I had made the best choice. Intake paperwork was completed, and I was told both cases were being processed. It was months later that I finally got the messages that both had been denied. But I had to call repeatedly to find that out. All well and good but extremely frustrating along the way. I felt unimportant and disregarded by both case managers, who seemed to care less about keeping me informed. No in-person visits were done. I was deeply shocked to finally hear the outcome and had to call to inquire. I was professional and cooperative with them, but they acted tired and bothered on the phone. Ms. Oliver may be great, but her staff is not.

I reached out and spoke to Cameron about a pending case I was involved in and all I can say is…. Pure satisfaction, he walked me through every step I needed to take and helped me through litigation. 100% highly recommend the entire team, so whomever you speak with will help

Very very very unprofessional law firm! I would NOT recommend this law firm to anyone. They had my daughter’s case for almost 2 years now and the communication is HORRIBLE!! If I don’t reach out then we don’t talk! They have not reached out about my case not one time! Every time I call they act like they don’t know what’s going on with her case. I was told one time that an expert witness was obtained then called back 3 months later for an update and was told we are still trying to obtain a witness expert. I told them I was told we already had the expert months ago and then they oh wait yes I do see here that an expert was obtained. Like how are you just giving out misinformation and not aware? Then I was told by the lawyer after expressing my concerns and she said she would setup monthly update calls but I failed to receive any calls even a whole year after that promise. Today I called and expressed my concerns and the only thing the lawyer said to me was that I’m able to take my case elsewhere! No trying to solve the problem. No apologies for the lack of communication or anything just go somewhere else! lol this law firm is terrible!! Please be aware!
