Allstate was brought up on charges by the senate to answer for making profit and bonuses to their directors rather than mating the homes of their clients livable. I got a very biased impression from Omar Ochoa's office. I called to open a case and they sent me some paperwork to sign with a description of my 'side of the story' (as if it isn't the truth?). They also told me I had to call them on the day of my appointment? The very next day, they called me to say they couldn't represent me and didn't explain why. My description very obviously bothered them because I was being sexually harassed at work by the owner. Then lost my job because I refused his advances. I went through a major financial loss because of that. I was told it was a civil case but it's like they thought I'm just suing him because I want his money.

When I was rear-ended, I had no idea what to do next. Fortunately, a friend told me about Omar Ochoa. I gave them a call, and Ximena immediately stepped in to help me through every step of the process. She assisted me with filing my claim, getting medical treatment, and most importantly, gave me peace of mind during a really stressful time.
