Barely OK service and quite expensive. The admin is not very punctual either. If you dare to leave a review which is not to the lawyer's satisfaction, he will make sure to send a personal email to express his dissatisfaction.

Stay away from this firm! This firm clearly doesn't care about the customer needs. Very poor experience with scheduling a consultation call with them and the follow through. Their overall methodology is to throw technology at you (questionnaires, fill out forms etc.) to help streamline their process. They don't care about your needs and want to put you through their "pipeline". Pay heed to some of the other poor google reviews on this site about this firm. They are unlike any other professional law firm I have interacted with.

If i could give negative stars i would.. this is one of the worst possible law firms to try to have business with... I had a v simple task of getting a basic will written, i reach out to the law firm. .they give me a questionairre to fill and give me a date after a few months.. I fill up the questionaire, pay the money and wait for my date A week before my appointment, they call back asking that if i can reschedule owing to some issues at their end, i agree. .but the next date is months later.. i agree since i am in no hurry. I ask them if they can confirm that they have all the docs and details at their end in the meantime and get a confirmation.. With a week left for appointment, i had a medical emergency and had to go to ER for surgery and was not checking my mails.. They sent a mail that they need more details and in less than 48 hours sent another mail saying, they have cancelled my appointment.. as the doc was not submitted... something they could have checked and replied to months ago...not even a call..while happily sitting on the money i paid months ago Pretty neat scam i must say!!

Our experience with Vijay and his office was disappointing and frustrating. In my opinion, it seems like Vijay's practice is designed for clients who fit within a streamlined, cookie-cutter process, where volume is prioritized over individualized service—at least this was the impression we received from his front office staff. Despite being told by our legal plan that the wait time would be up to 3 weeks, we were informed after contacting the office that we would need to wait 9 weeks for an appointment. When we tried to gather basic information about the services provided, the paralegal, Grace, was curt and unwilling to engage in a conversation about whether Vijay could handle our specific needs. This lack of transparency made it difficult for us to make an informed decision about whether working with Vijay would be the right fit. Ultimately, after a long wait, we were told that Vijay would not be able to assist with our estate planning. The entire process felt inefficient and left us feeling as though our concerns were not taken seriously. In my opinion, Vijay would benefit from improving the training of his front office staff to handle situations like ours more professionally. While I understand that Vijay may have had positive experiences with other clients, this was certainly not the case for us. Having worked with many attorneys over the years, I can confidently say that this was not a typical experience.

We really enjoyed working with Vijay and Grace. They communicated clearly, answered all of our questions, and were very kind. The information we provided through their online portal seemed to make the estate planning process easier, and I really appreciated how thorough the paperwork was (and Vijay's explanation of it). Their office has a ton of parking, which was a nice perk when we had to go for the signing!

Working with Grace and Vijay on our family's estate plan was super streamlined and the price was very reasonable! The online templates provided to start the process were easy to follow, our subsequent calls were very informative and meeting in person to sign the final documents was super organized. Highly recommend working with this firm!

I requested Vijay to provide legal services. He was thorough, patient and informative. I asked some same questions repeatedly, but he took the time to clarify and speak in non-legal language and validated I understood the options. The office assistants were quick to respond and also very helpful in ensuring timely closure of my particular needs. Will be referring friends and family for future needs.

Mr Gosalia handled our trust planning and was very clear in explaining the causes. Due to covid, we had to have all our discussions over email and phone. He was available to explain the same thing more than once or twice, patiently. Scheduling appointments was also easy. They did respond quickly to my email questions seeking clarifications. I would definitely recommend Mr Vijay Gosalia for your trust planning.

I contacted this firm to get help with a tax issue. First time the receptionist was nice enough. It got very difficult to get any response from them after that. Second time I called, the receptionist was incredibly rude. Needless to say, I would not hire them.

After doing some research I contacted Ortiz & Gosalia and initially spoke with Kasey who manages the office. She sent me some information to complete, and not long after submission she called me to schedule an in person appointment with Vijay Gosalia, the attorney that we'd be working with to create the JRLT. Vijay took his time to explain the differences between a standard will and trust, and discussed our needs so we could make an informed decision. From the very beginning, we felt that we were in great hands. The team was very professional, highly responsive, and what I would consider subject matter experts. Vijay was very thoughtful in his approach and made discussing what most would consider a very sensitive subject...easy! I highly recommend Ortiz & Gosalia if you are in the market for estate planning or any other service they offer.
