I chose Osborne and Francis as my lawyers and regret it ! Do not choose them honestly they don’t like to communicate you have to literally blow there phone up to get in contact with them my attorney was rude I had to argue with her to settle out of my case . And I had to argue for them to negotiate my prices I had to argue with them to do there job there inconsiderate and they only care about them! They will low ball you with settlement prices and convince you that the price is good enough for you I hate that I was referred by them I was better off representing myself I should have fired them and negotiated my own prices I repeat DO NOT CHOOSE THEM

One of the worst law firms I've ever had to deal with, for starters in the first 6 months nothing was done with my case, nobody ever called me, I had to do all the calling, then I get a new set of people handling my case who also never called, again I had to do the calling, set up appointments to actully speak with my attorney, then one year after signing the contract with them, they send me a letter stating they dont handle these types of cases. So with that said now I'm downloading the proper complaint forms with the florida bar association and filing the complaint.
