Do NOT use this guy!. He is the literal worst attorney for criminal defense. He depends on CJA appointments because no real client in their right mind would hire him. Look at his clients who were forced to be represented by him like John Nick and Billy Taylor. Both have 2255 motions pending against him. He is inept and aloof.
When you pull up, it was very confusing where to enter from the parking lot. When I called to find out it was first in the basement and then later it was upstairs . I used Kenneth and then Sammi took over is what I was told. In two words very unprofessional. I consulted with Kenneth and he made me feel very small and uneducated. Cussing all of the time. My personal attorney suggested them but Kenneth complained and talked bad about my other attorney a lot. Then I was switched to Sammi. It was very delightful for the first meeting. She was helpful and explained things to me. But after this she became very rude and talked down to me. She wouldn't respond to my emails and calls for days. She argued with me the I was missing my bank statements but she had already put a check mark on them and have them back to me. When I showed her the pictures. She didn't apologize or anything. And I still had to bring them back in because they didn't scan them in. Over all she was not very helpful with the bankruptcy. Towards the end she didn't even do anything or keep me updated. I had to contact her for updates. Then after the bankruptcy was supposedly finalized it's like she dropped me or something. I got a letter saying it was finalized but it's possible not all items were declared. I emailed and called her two different times with no response still. My van was supposed to be in the bankruptcy but the some reason my van is waiting to be repossessed. This is very unprofessional and I would not recommend them to anyone.
Would never hire Sammi Wilmoth again. She demanded I pay the other parties attorney fees or else she was walking out just minutes before the hearing and to represent myself. She changed her mind last minute and yelled at me in front of others to go to the courtroom after threatening that she was leaving. Which I did, but the judge did not award the other parties attorney fees. And that shocked her. The other party was a drug felon and had little involvement with our child until that year. I presented her with documents at the final hearing to get more time with my child which would have affected the outcome of the final court order and she acted like she had no idea what I was talking about even though the document was signed by another judge.
She did not advocate for my case whatsoever. All the documents I had given her early on to show my cooperation with the temp orders was never considered and ignored because she seemed intimated by the other attorneys involved. Wasted money and time away from my child who still tells me she wants to come home.
Sammi was an absolute life saver!! We live in Texas and my daughter got a ticket in Arkansas on her way to college in Pennsylvania. This was my daughter’s first ticket and being a teenager, she just mailed in the citation with a note stating she wanted to take driver’ ed. (Bless her heart.) With me being in TX, dear daughter in PA, and traffic court in AR, we needed help to get this straightened out. Sammi to the rescue! She was so helpful and kind and quick and helped us get this situation resolved lickety-split!! We are so grateful for her assistance!!!!
Owner response
We are thrilled that you were happy with our services. The feedback you gave is greatly appreciated!
I hired Sammi Wilmoth to help take care of my daughter's first (and hopefully only?) traffic ticket. She was professional and communicative and we were able to get the matter resolved without having to step foot in a courthouse. If you have a similar problem, I would highly recommend reaching out to Sammi for help.
Sammi Wilmoth help me get guardianship of a minor child that I had been solely caring for going on 18 months. I went into her office to get a consult to find out what my best options were and she sat down with me and walked me through everything then filed my petition that same very day. I was IMPRESSED on the professionalism she showed while handling my case. I would highly recommend that if anyone needs a good lawyer rather it be for criminal or family matters that you seek council at Osborne and Wilmoth Law Firm.. Thank you again for everything
I’m forever grateful and thankful for Ken Osborne. I contacted him, met with him and got results in a few business days. He drafted documents On my behalf that were “spot on” and delivered them within a day or 2. He followed my case to then end and never skipped a beat! I’m fortunate for finding this guy who is truly a very “rare gem” in the legal profession.
Thanks again Ken and please know you blessed my life by your excellent service.
I used Ken a number of years ago for a order of protection. I have used several lawyers, but none like Ken. He was the first lawyer I’ve ever used that I felt was on my side. I will use his services anytime I have legal issues, and it will take on the case!
This is the only law firm to use in Fayetteville Arkansas, it anywhere in NWA for that matter. It's very friendly and inviting. I have used them a few times for motor vehicle accidents and have walked away with much more than I expected each time. They also work with divorces and a number of other legal matters and do take walk-ins so don't be afraid to stop by for a consultation... Worst case is they aren't for you and you move on.
