David Cybak is a God send. I was overwhelmed with debt and it did not matter time of day or day of the week he was texting or calling to help me get my bankruptcy handled. He was very knowledgeable and kind to your circumstances.
I understand why this attorney has 5 stars. No matter how dire your situation may seem, GO SEE HIM!!! One of the best decisions I have ever made.
I reached out to Over the Mountain Law Center when I felt like the walls were caving in on me after my business went under. David Cybak is the best attorney I have ever met. He is VERY knowledgeable about the law and the courts. They run a family owned business and when I saw nothing but perfect reviews I had to give them a shot. David was very responsive with all of my questions and handled my case like light work even though I felt like it was a pretty complicated case and scenario. I will send any and all business directly to him. He is the peoples attorney!

David Cybak did an excellent job helping me file for bankruptcy last year after experiencing a divorce. He was kind, knowledgeable, responsive, professional, and caring. I found his name through friends at church. He helped ease my fears about harassing creditors who wouldn't stop calling. As soon as I filed, the calls stopped and I was able to regain peace in my life. I was confident in his ability and honesty. I remain thankful for his support.

SIMPLY THE BEST!!Pure blessing this firm has been to me and my family.I suffered a financial set back in 2015 that had lawyer David W Cybak represent me through out my chapter 13 case,he handled every bit of it from beginning to end.He is very professional,very understanding and helpful.Come 2020 I was able to finish my payments and my bankruptcy was dismissed.His call to give me this news came at a time that I really needed a pick me up!I absolutely recommend him to anyone who cares for quality and matters being handled in a timely manner.

If you are looking for help and someone to turn to who will actually give you their time and be there when you need them look no further. Don’t make the mistake of calling others only to find out you are less than top priority. I am so thankful I found Over the Mountain and spoke to Dave Cybak, he is extremely professional in court, prompt and will take the time to assist you with any options or questions you have along the way. If you are at a point you just don’t know what to do take the time to just call them. They will start immediately in helping you and assisting in what your options might be.
