I was loss and devastated over my accident when I was recommend to Owen's & Mulherin. Still being skeptical of going in didn't know what to expect. But to my surprised I was treated fearly with dignity and respect. I was explain everything from beginning to end. The staff was always willing to help when I had any questions or doubts. I very pleased with my settlement. Attorney Owen's and Brittany you're the Best! Keep doing what you do. Happy holidays to the entire staff!
Owens and Mulherin law firm is a great law firm to handle your legal case. My experience with them and their staff was always pleasant and informative. They go out of their way to make the client feel comfortable in every way. I would recommend this law firm to anyone needing an experienced team of attorneys and staff that care about their clients
If you want the lowest amount for your accident and injuries go with Mr Owens he was very Arrogant.Mr.Owens said people in Effingham County, aren't as book smart to give better pay outs for injuries in a car accident. I was in a 5 car accident on Hwy 21 in Rincon, The person that cause the accident Had No Insurance was let go. He is (Mr.Owens) A very Is arrogant very insulting person. Do not Recommend him

We are sorry to hear that your experience with us was not up to your expectations, or ours. We try our best to recover for those who are injured but cannot recover from the Defendant when the Defendant has no insurance and no assets from which to collect a judgment. When discussing the value of your claim, we always take the location of the case into consideration, and Effingham County is typically very conservative, with lower verdicts than areas like Savannah. We cannot punish other drivers. Only the government can via criminal prosecutions.
