Pacific Attorney group is not professional i don't recommend this law group

I hired Pacific Attorneys Group back in March of last year, after i was involved in a traffic accident. Through out last year, I must admit the communication from PAG was not the greatest. It was very challenging to receive any updates with my case and it was very difficult to get a hold of someone to inquire about the status of my case; However, as of a couple months ago, the service has been great. Nick Ramirez has definitely turned things around and has been in communication with me at all times. He has demonstrated great empathy and made it clear that he has my best interest at heart. He has further demonstrated a clear understanding of how the laws work and how to fight for your case. Seeing the major differences that i have seen in the last few months, i would definitely recommend Pacific Attorneys Group.

I had a very disappointing experience with Payam Shayani and his associates. In my opinion, the firm seemed more focused on making money than genuinely caring about their clients. This was one of the worst law firms I have ever dealt with. I felt that many promises were made regarding my case, but they were never fulfilled. I was told that my case could result in a settlement of around $200,000, but in the end, I only received about $5,000. That outcome was extremely frustrating and disappointing for me. Because of my personal experience, I would not recommend this firm to anyone seeking legal representation. The only attorney I would truly recommend is Kamran Yadidi. In my experience, he goes above and beyond for his clients and genuinely cares about helping them. He was professional, supportive, and attentive throughout the process, which is what truly matters in legal representation.
